If this stuff isn’t purchased and consumed in a day or two, it gets thrown out. All the wasted ocean life — king crab, shrimp, salmon — GONE. Tons of it. Thrown out with yesterday’s newspaper. Seafood slop.

Didn’t know about this until just now, three years later. Awesome. And I might add, on target. I haven’t yet made up my mind about that bit of writing, either. It was a very strange time for me. I should know; I wrote the damned thing.
